Bourbon Anhoa is developing an industrial park which is smoothly connected with the regional infrastructure. 1. Bourbon Anhoa asks for advice and approvement of Taniza (Industrial park management department of Tay Ninh) to receive the investor.
2. Sign land reservation agreement after the investor choose a landlot
3. Apply for investment license (Bourbon will get the license for the investor within 3 to 7 days)
4. Sign land sub-lease contract

6. Apply for factory building license (20 days)
