Pursuant to the Law on Protection of the Environment passed by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 27 December 1993 and promulgated by the President on 10 January 1994; Pursuant to Decree 175-CP dated 18 October 1994 of the Government providing guidelines for the implementation of the Law on Protection of the Environment.
