Circular guiding the implementation of the Government’s decree No. 24/2000/ND-CP of July 31, 2000 detailing the implementation of the law on foreign investment in Vietnam regarding import, export and other trading activities of foreign- invested enterprises

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 24/2000/ND-CP of July 31, 2000 detailing the implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Government Office’s Official Dispatch No. 5403/VPCP-QHQT of December 11, 2000 notifying the opinion of the Prime Minister on the issuance of a circular by the Ministry of Trade guiding Decree No. 24/2000/ND-CP of July 31, 2000;

After consulting with the concerned ministries and branches, the Ministry of Trade hereby guides import, export and other trading activities of foreign-invested enterprises as follows:
