Decision issuing standard forms for conducting investment procedures in Vietnam

The standard forms for conducting investment procedures in Vietnam shall be applied uniformly throughout the entire country. Investment Certificates shall be printed on patterned A4 size paper as issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
