Community Spirit Of The Sustainable Development Enterprise

2016 is regarded as an unforgettable year of PNJ with an impressive business performance. Aside from brand promotion activities, the highlight of PNJ in 2016 was CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).

PNJ is always associated with sustainable development throughout its 28 years of development and will stick to the philosophy in the future. PNJ chose 2016 as a special year to act for the environment by launching the “Thank you for not littering” program across the country. The program quickly drew public attention and received support from many companies and organizations. The meaningful message and practical activities of PNJ over the past time has left a profound impact on the community, with many people joining hands to protect and improve the living environment.

The PNJ Charity Fund has been another highlight in recent years. From the early days of the establishment in 2005, the Fund has deployed many activities such as granting thousands of scholarships to needy students, funding craft villages, holding blood donation events, contributing to funds for the poor, sea and island programs, free health examinations and treatments, giving Tet gifts, building houses for the poor and providing natural disaster relief aid with a total value of more than VND35 billion. Specially, the Pink Bricks and PNJ Houses programs have brought joy to homeless people and women. The company contributed VND6 billion in 2016 alone to 77 PNJ Houses built until now.

Given its achievements in 2016, PNJ believes to gain further success and make breakthroughs in 2017 to firmly prove its sustainable values. PNJ has maintained its leading position in Vietnam’s jewelry industry and is nearing international standards. For sustainable development, the company upholds the philosophy “Sharing corporate benefits with customers and society.”
