EVN to deploy many electricity projects in Q4
According to EVN, the group will continue to exploit rationally power sources and run safe operation of the power system to provide enough electricity for production and daily life, ensure the water capacity for hydropower plants at the highest level to prepare for the dry season in 2013 and provide water for spring-winter agricultural crop 2012-2013.
In addition, in Q4, 2012, EVN will try to generate electricity for the first turbine of Ban Chat hydropower plant (110 MW) and put into operation for 7/8 turbines with a total capacity of 1,263 MW/1,373MW.
Also, EVN will prepare to start work on three projects namely Trung Son hydropower plant, Duyen Hai 3 thermo power plant and seaport project at Duyen Hai Electricity Centre, ensure the progress for Bung River 2 hydropower plant and the inauguration of Son La hydropower plant in December 2012.
As planned, in October, EVN will put seven turbines into operation, including the first turbine of Ban Chat hydropower plant, first turbine of Nam Chien hydropower plant, first turbine of Ta Thang hydropower plant, first turbine of Van Chan hydropower plant, first turbine of Nong Son thermo power plant, first turbine of Giang River 2 hydropower plant and second turbine of Dak Mi 4C hydropower plant.
