GuocoLand continues building trade centre

Lawrence Peh, General Director of Guocoland Vietnam Co Ltd said in 10 June 2009 at Binh Duong province People’s Committee that the company was asking for support from the local authority to create favourable condition for Guocoland Vietnam Pte Ltd and EEC Holland to conduct the land use right transferring process of 4.6-hectare land plot to build the commercial centre.

Le Thanh Cung, Deputy Permanent Chair of Binh Duong province People’s Committee expressed his high appreciation of the projects that the two companies were recently carrying out in the local area. He also asked for the leaders of concerning authorities to support Guocoland Vietnam Co in completing all the administration procedures so that the project could be implemented and finished in time.

Previously, Guocoland Binh Duong Real Property Co kicked off the construction of high-class urban area of The Canary in Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP).

The Canary complex with total investment capital of $58 million would be built on an area of 175,000 square metres with 1,200 high-end apartments, commercial centre, hotel, education infrastructure and international schools, and a complex entertainment, sport and commerce.
