Hai Phong draws foreign investors
The latest addition has brought the number of licensed projects in the city to date to 276, with a total value of $4.24 billion. Most involve industry, real estate or tourism. The achievement follows hastened administrative reforms, investment in infrastructure upgrades and preparation of land for investors, said department director Le Thanh Son.
