Ninh Thuan hires foreign firm to draw master plans

The information was released, by the committee, on August 5th and the cost is expected to amount to about USD 2.3 million.

According to local officials, the province focuses on coastal development and an urban area of Phan Rang-Thap Cham between the gorgeous beaches of Binh Son and Ninh Chu.

According to a memorandum of understanding between the province and the company, the company will consult the province in 3 main areas: local economic and investment environment; local economic strategies; and investment attraction strategies. The time of the constancy will last until December 2009.
