Prime Minister approves local senior positions

Accordingly, Nguyen Quan Chinh, former Chairman of Huong Hoa district, the central province of Quang Tri, has been elected Quang Tri’s Vice Chairman.

Dang Van Tac, chief of Nam Dinh provincial People’s Committee Office, is appointed a member of the provincial People’s Committee. Meanwhile, Vu Xuan Tinh, former director of the Nam Dinh Police Bureau, will retire as a member of the province People’s Committee. 

Pham Duc Hoa, director of the Ninh Binh provincial Police Bureau, is approved as a member of Ninh Binh People’s Committee. Bui Ba Dinh, former director of Ninh Binh Police Bureau, has been relieved of his Ninh Binh People’s Committee membership to assume a new job. 

Dao Thi Huong Lan, director of the HCM City Department of Finance, is now a member of the HCM City People’s Committee. Nguyen Thi Nhon, former director of the HCM City Finance Department, will no longer be a member of the HCM City People’s Committee membership in order to take on a new mission. 

Doan Thanh Liem, director of the Home Affairs Department of the southern province of Tien Giang, now holds a membership in the provincial People’s Committee. Le Hung, former director of the Home Affairs Department, is relieved of his membership in the provincial People’s Committee for retirement. 

The decisions take effect as of July 31, 2009.
