Property developer drives Quang Ninh realty market forward
Settling on Quang Ninh for the bulk of its investment, rather than the more popular cities of Ha Noi and HCM, BIM Groups projects have contributed to changing the face of the northern provinces property market.
With a development strategy that conforms to the need for economic development and associates business benefits with social benefits, BIM Group also invests in agrifood, trade and services. Still, its property development initiatives have made it a household name.
BIM Group first appeared on the scene with Halong Plaza Hotel, which was completed in 1997 as the first four-star hotel in the tourism city of Ha Long. At present, BIM Group owns a number of high-class developments, notably Halong Marina Urban Area, covering 248ha along the beach of Ha Long.
BIM Group said Quang Ninh was an attractive land for investment, given the provinces developed infrastructure and abundant tourism potential.
Expressways from Ha Noi to Hai Phong and from Hai Phong to Ha Long will help halve the travelling time from the capital city, reducing it to a two-hour drive.
The province welcomed nearly 8 million tourist arrivals last year, with an average growth rate of 10 per cent. In the first half of this year, tourist arrivals reached more than 5.4 million.
Quang Ninh Province also ranked among the top five provinces for socio-economic development and ranked first on the provincial competitiveness index in the Red River Delta region.
"All of these factors make Quang Ninh an attractive land for property development," BIM Group said.
As a pioneer in the provinces property market, BIM Group has developed many high-profile projects as part of the Halong Marina Urban Area which have contributed to improving local living standards with modern amenities, such as Green Bay Apartments, Anh Duong (Runrise Apartments), Coral Townhouse and Little Vietnam, as well as Van Lien (Lotus Residences), Halong Marina Plaza, the Ha Long night market and international schools.
BIM Group, this year, is focusing on the Green Bay Village, which was developed as a gated community – the first of its kind in the province -- as it has grabbed significant attention from investors during recent sale openings.
Benefitting from the developed infrastructure of the Halong Marina Urban Area, Green Bay Village will offer a high living standard with green living spaces and amenities such as swimming pools, gymnasiums and parks.
Green Bay Village includes the 26-storey Green Bay Premium apartment building, eight garden houses and eight shophouses featuring modern, sophisticated designs.
BIM Group is also extending its arm to Phu Quoc Island, which has recently emerged as a destination for property development, with Phu Quoc Marina covering 155ha of land that will include an international-standard hotel, shopping districts and high-end villas, the highlight of which will be the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort.
All of BIM Groups projects are reflections of its motto "Where knowledge becomes value," committing to offering high-quality products and the best services.
