Suppliers of supporting industries to converge in HCMC next month
Forging links among supply chains is a crucial solution to sustainable growth in supporting industries, according to the department.
Therefore, the department has teamed up with the HCMC Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority, the Saigon Hi-Tech Park, and relevant agencies to organize “Sourcing fair for supporting industries with buyers 2018.”
The free event is slated to take place on March 13 and 14 at the Rex Hotel Saigon in District 1, HCMC. It is aimed at creating opportunities for companies in supporting industries to meet local and overseas partners.
The fair will help connect supply and demand of parts among foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises, manufacturers, and suppliers in the car, truck and motorcycle production, electronics, and mechanical engineering sectors.
These enterprises will have the opportunity to cooperate with each other to expand their markets, improve their supply capacity, and increase their production so that local enterprises can gradually join global supply chains.
