Vietnam ministry urges further economic cooperation with Korea

The volume of Vietnamese exports and imports to Korea was valued at 18 billion U.S. dollars last year, and that is 36 times higher than 20 years before. Korea is also an important partner country in terms of the development of the Vietnamese economy as its assistance to Vietnam, which stood at around 15-million dollars in 1993, has risen continuously through the present. Koreas total assistance to Vietnam was approximately 410-million dollars last year." Reporter: "So, this year marks the 20th anniversary of Korea-Vietnam diplomatic ties.
