Vietnam’s largest shopping centre to be built in HCM City

Under the project, five Vietnamese banks are committed to providing loans to the investors, the Phu My Hung Joint Venture Company to implement the project. This is one of Vietnam’s largest and most modern shopping centres, which will be built to international standards.

Sitting on a site of 112,000 square metres, the shopping centre named Ho Ban Nguyet (Semicircle Lake) has a total investment capital of US$200 million. During the first phase of the project, a nine-storey building will be built including 210 designed shops, a 6,000 square-metre international supermarket, and entertainment facilities. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2010.
