Hepza grants licences for representative offices
The representative office of Rich Demander Co has investment capital of USD2 million, located at the Nursery Garden Centre in Tan Thuan Industrial Zone with main functions of maintaining contact, carrying out trade promotion, market survey and setting up investment projects in Vietnam.
It’s the first representative office in Vietnam to be granted business licences for operating in industrial and processing zones, in line with Decree No 29/2008/ND-CP issued by the government regulating about industrial, processing and economic zones.
At present, Hepza has received three application profiles for business licences of other enterprises, apart from the representative office of Rich Demander Co.
