Hanoi to have first metro route in 2014

The chief representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Tsuno Motonori, confirmed that the capital will have its first metro route in 2014 at a press briefing announcing the signing of the agreement on Japanese ODA-funded projects in Vietnam in the 2008 fiscal year today.
