Corporate income tax is 20% within 10 years since Enterprise earns profits (comparel to normal area tax is 25%)

Corporate income tax free for 2 years and off 50% for the next 4 years (so tax is 10% / year) since Enterprise earns profits

After tax-incentive period, the corporate income tax is 25%.
