Nearly 14tr dong to construct Navy urban zone in Cam Ranh

It will facilitate accommodations for staffs and officers working in Navy Zone 4 and carry out backend policies for military officers and staffs in Truong Sa archipelago.
In phase 1, the project will be constructed from now till 2014 on an area of over 33 hectares in Cam Ranh peninsula with total investment of over 1.45 trillion dong.
The project includes 8 condominium high buildings with a total over 870 apartments. In addition, it will also have schools, traffic roads, water supply system, electricity system, waste treatment systems, etc.
Navy urban zone Cam Ranh base project with a scale of over 340 hectares will be implemented till 2020 with total investment of about 14 trillion dong. It will provide accommodations for over 38,500 people.
