Petronas, Trafigura May Invest in Vietnam Refinery
Abu Dhabi’s International Petroleum Investment Co. is also in talks with PetroVietnam about investing in the refinery in southern Vietnam. PetroVietnam has started construction of the country’s second refinery in the northern province of Thanh Hoa. The Southeast Asian nation’s first refinery, in Dung Quat Bay in central Viet Nam, started production in February.
