To issue Certificate of investment for Huong Long Industrial Zone in Ba Ria - Vung Tau
On March 19th, 2010, the Management Board of industrial zones in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province has granted certificates of investment of Long Huong Industrial Zone for Long Huong Joint Stock Company. This is the 14th industrial zone was established with an area of 400ha, bringing the total land area of industrial zones in Ba Ria-Vung Tau to 8.800ha.
Long Huong industrial zone is built in Tan Hai Commune, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province. This industrial zone industrial zone in a favorable area, next to Highway 51 and seaport system for operation of industrial zones. The Industrial Park is located 15km from Vung Tau City, 40km from Long Thanh airport and 75km from HCM City. This is the industrial zone for small-scale projects of various industries but they have to ensure the use of advanced and modern technology; clean and not polluting the environment. Total capital investment in building the technical infrastructure is 1600 billion dong, Phase 1 will deploy 130ha.
Till December 3/2010, industrial zones in Ba Ria-Vung Tau has 130 projects into operation, creating jobs for over 29,000 employees.
