Vietnam Northern City FDI to Triple to US$1.4 Bln This Year
In Nov, the city authorities licensed four FDI projects with registered capital of US$15 million, bringing the total number of licensed FDI projects to 39 totaling US$606.74 million, the paper said.
There have been 22 existing projects added with US$689.9 million, local authorities said.
So far, Haiphong City has a total of 276 valid FDI projects totaling US$3.892 billion. The city authorities have revoked licenses from 26 FDI projects. (Vietnam Economic Times)
