Vinpearl changes name
According to Nguyen Trong Hien, general director of Vinpearlland, by changing the company’s name, they hope to express its development and tourism strategy. The company is seeking to be one of the biggest tourism firms in Vietnam. Vinpearlland plans to invest in building 10 beach-resorts and five-star hotels nationwide.
Vinpearlland is running a promotion for guests staying at the Vinpearl Resort and Spa from June 1 to August 31. Guests will receive free breakfast, lunch and dinner, access to the hotel’s facilities and entertainment.
The resort, which is on Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang City, has a 3,320 meter-long cable car system able to carry up to 1,500 people an hour between the island and the mainland.
