This policy explains how INDOCHINA INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING CO., LTD handles personal information in connection with VIIPIP.com and the VIIPIP portal. It describes the portal's account, inquiry, communication and security activities, not the independent practices of a park developer or another external website.
1. Information involved
Depending on the features you use, information may include your name, email, telephone number, company, account/profile details, inquiry purpose, project requirements, selected recipients, messages and responses. Technical records can include IP address, browser information, request times and security logs. Public reviews or profile content you publish may be visible to other visitors. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents in public posts or general inquiries.
2. Purposes
We use relevant information to operate accounts, receive and route inquiries, coordinate responses, support users, maintain published information, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. A newsletter or optional marketing activity requires its own appropriate basis; submitting an inquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing.
3. Inquiry recipients and service providers
When you send an inquiry, your submitted details and requirements may be accessed by authorised VIIPIP personnel and shared with the representatives of the selected park or organisation for that request. A multi-park inquiry sends your information to each selected recipient. Check your selection before submitting. Recipients may contact you and are responsible for their own subsequent processing.
Hosting, email delivery and other technical providers may process information needed to deliver the relevant service. Information may also be disclosed where a lawful request or applicable requirement calls for it. Any processing or transfer must have an appropriate legal basis and safeguards. This policy does not authorise unrelated sale or disclosure of your inquiry details.
4. Storage and protection
Access is restricted according to operational needs, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for the relevant service, follow-up, security, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping requirements, rather than indefinitely merely because an account exists. Retention needs are reviewed when a deletion or closure request is received; some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that the service cannot verify.
5. Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing; access or correction; withdrawal of consent; deletion, restriction or objection to processing; and raise a complaint or seek an available remedy. Use the contact form and describe the relevant account or inquiry. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and explain any lawful restriction on a request. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal and may affect a service that requires the information.
6. Browser storage and external services
The portal uses cookies and browser storage for functions such as sessions, saved selections and map preferences. See the Cookie Policy. External maps, linked documents and websites can process technical information under their own policies. Check those policies before using an external service.
