Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Phase 3 is the 500 ha expansion of the original Hiep Phuoc IP (in operation since 1996). Strategically located on the Soai Rap river with direct deep-water access, it specializes in logistics, port-side industry, food processing, and packaging.
Combined with Phase 1 and 2, total Hiep Phuoc cluster reaches ~2,000 ha — HCMC largest industrial cluster.
