Function and Duty

- Contributing to develop legal document, incentive policy and planning in the region regarding development of IPs, economic zones and high tech parks.

 

- Evaluating and granting, adjusting and reclaiming investment license for the projects impacted by local government.

 

- Suprvising and controlling the implementation of the content listing in investment license in cooperation with other government agency regarding applying law of labor, environment presevation.

 

- Solving investors’ obstacles within their activities in IPs.
