Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III) is the third VSIP joint venture between Becamex IDC and Singapore Sembcorp Industries. Located in Tan Uyen (former Binh Duong, now HCMC after the 2025 merger), VSIP III is a 1,000 ha green industrial park inaugurated in 2022.
VSIP III is anchored by LEGO Group USD 1.3 billion carbon-neutral factory — the company 6th globally — symbolizing the park sustainability orientation.
