Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park (HHTP), established in 1998, is Vietnam's first and largest national hi-tech park, located at Km29 Thang Long Boulevard, Thach That District, Hanoi — 30 km west of the city center.
HHTP is directly managed by the Ministry of Science & Technology under a special mechanism. Master-planned at 1,586 ha, positioned as a new-generation science & technology city.
